About ZZULI

郑州轻工业大学成立于1977年，是河南省特色骨干大学建设高校、河南省国际化特色试点高校。

郑州轻工业大学位于河南省省会郑州市。郑州拥有3600多年历史和丰富的文化遗产，包括商代遗址和少林寺。被誉为“中华文明的摇篮”的郑州，将传统文化与现代性融为一体，是武术、书法和黄河文化的中心。

学校现有科学校区、东风校区、禹州校区，占地面积2200余亩。有教职工2300余人，全日制本科生、研究生36000余人。学校拥有2个博士后科研工作站，4个一级学科授权授予博士学位，17个一级专业授权授予硕士学位。 学校与30多个国家的100多所大学、机构和国际组织建立了合作伙伴关系，与许多世界知名大学联合培养本科生和研究生，并为国际学生提供奖学金。

Zhengzhou University of Light Industry (ZZULI) established in 1977 is a featured key university in Henan Province, and an International Characteristics Pilot University in Henan Province.

ZZULI is located in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, which is a historic city with over 3,600 years of history. Zhengzhou boasts rich cultural heritage, including the Shang Dynasty ruins and the iconic Shaolin Temple nearby. Known as the "Cradle of Chinese Civilization," Zhengzhou blends traditional culture with modernity. It is a hub for martial arts, calligraphy, and Yellow River culture.

ZZULI has 3 Campuses with an area of about1.5 millionsquare meters. The University now has about 2,300 faculty members, more than 36,000 full-time undergraduate and graduate students. It has 2 postdoctoral research stations, 4 first-level disciplines authorized to offer doctorate degrees, 17 first-level disciplines authorized to offer master’s degrees.

The university's international cooperation and exchanges are extensive and in-depth. It has entered into partnerships with more than 100 universities, institutions and international organizations in more than 30 countries, and has jointly trained undergraduates and graduate students with many world-renowned universities and offered scholarship for international students.

学期设置

Semester Setting

每学年分为春、秋两个学期。秋季学期一般为9月至次年1月，春季学期一般为3月至7月，具体日期以大学校历为准。

Each academic year is divided into two semesters: spring and autumn. The autumn semester is generally from September to January of the following year, and the spring semester is generally from March to July. The specific dates are subject to the university calendar.

申请资格

Eligibility

1.申请人必须为非中国籍公民，持有效的外国护照或国际证明文件；

1. Applicants must be a non-Chinese resident, with a valid passport or international identity certificate;

2.汉语语言项目申请人，须具有高中毕业以上学历，年龄一般不超过35岁；本科生项目申请人须具有高中毕业学历，年龄不超过25周岁；硕士研究生项目申请人须具有学士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；博士研究生项目申请人须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过45周岁；遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度；

2. Language student applicants must have a high school diploma or above, and generally not exceed the age of 35; Applicants for undergraduate program must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25. Master's program applicants must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35; Applicants for doctoral programs must hold a master's degree and be under the age of 40;

3.申请以中文为授课语言的专业时，申请人的中文能力应达到HSK4级180分以上；申请以英语为授课语言的专业时，若申请人来自于英语为母语或英语为官方语言的国家，可免试英语；其他情况下，申请人的英语须达到雅思成绩5.5分（含）以上或托福成绩80分（含）以上或多邻国100及以上水平，并提供英语成绩证明；不符合汉语水平的申请人可以先参加我校提供的汉语预科课程。

3. When applying for disciplines or majors that use Chinese as the teaching language, the applicant's Chinese proficiency should reach or exceed the level of HSK 4(≥180). When applying for disciplines or majors that use English as the teaching language, if the applicant comes from a country where English is the native language or the official language, they are exempt from taking the English exam; In other cases, the applicant's English proficiency must reach an IELTS score of 5.5/TOEFL IBT80/Duolingo 100 or above, and provide proof of English proficiency. Applicants who do not meet the Chinese language standards can take the Chinese language preparatory courses offered by our university first.

4.申请人应当同时符合我校相关专业学院对申请学生的学术能力及其它相关方面的入学要求；

5.申请人身心健康，达到办理来华签证或居留许可的体检要求，符合报考我校专业的体检要求，能够保证在华期间正常学习、生活；

Applicants should be in good physical and mental health, meets the medical examination requirements for applying for a visa or residence permit to China, meets the medical examination requirements for applying to our university's major, and can ensure normal study and life during their stay in China;

6.无违纪、无治安处罚、无犯罪行为和记录，对华友好，品行端正，遵守中国法律和学校规章制度，尊重中国人民风俗习惯。

6. Applicants should have no violations of discipline, public security penalties, criminal acts or records, be friendly to China, be upright, abide by Chinese laws, school rules and regulations and respect the customs of the Chinese people.

4.毕业院校正式成绩单或其公证件的扫描件，语言为中文或英文

5.《外国人体格检查记录表》和无犯罪记录证明原件或公证件的扫描件

6.汉语语言申请人需提供最高学历证明或其公证件的扫描件，语言为中文或英文(应届毕业生在申请时须提供预毕业证明或在学证明)

6. Chinese language applicants are required to provide a scanned copy or the notarized copy of the highest education certificate, in Chinese or English (pre-graduates must provide a pre-graduation certificate or school attendance certificate when applying).

7.学历生申请人需提供毕业证和语言水平证书的扫描件，语言为中文或英文(应届毕业生在申请时须提供预毕业证明或在学证明)。

7. Degree program applicants are required to provide a scanned copy or the notarized copy of the Bachelor degree certificate and HSK4 certificate, in Chinese or English (pre-graduates must provide a pre-graduation certificate or school attendance certificate when applying).

申请流程

Application Procedure

1.登录郑州轻工业大学留学生申请系统(http://apply.zzuli.cucas.cn)，注册账号，按要求上传材料并提交申请。

1. Log in to the international student application system of Zhengzhou Universityof Light Industry (http://apply.zzuli.cucas.cn),register an account, uploadmaterials and submit the application as required.

2. 申请资料审核通过者，安排考核，考核通过后缴纳费用可发放录取通知书。

2. After the application materials are approved, a video interview will be arranged.Upon successful interview and payment of the fee, the admission letter will beissued.

3. 留学生携《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表(Jw202)》、以及所有申请材料，按照具体时间要求到郑州轻工业大学报到，并办理相关手续。逾期未注册报到且未说明正当理由者，按自动退学处理。

3. International students should bring the "Admission Notice", "Visa Applicationfor Study in China (JW202)Form", and all application materials, arrive atZhengzhou University of Light Industry on required time, and go throughrelevant procedures.Those who fail to register and report on time without providing valid reasons will be automatically expelled.

注意：研究生申请人需提前与导师联系，并获得导师的认可。
