“中秋节以月之圆兆人之团圆，为寄托思念故乡，思念亲人之情，祈盼丰收、幸福，成为丰富多彩、弥足珍贵的中华文化遗产。”

The roundness of the moon symbolizes family reunion, and is a way of expressing longing for one's hometown and family, and praying for a good harvest and happiness. It has become a rich and precious cultural heritage of China.

为了让留学生们更好地感受到中国传统节日中秋佳节的喜悦气氛，培养知华友华爱华的情怀并进一步了解中国文化。9月12日下午，在国际交流与合作处的支持下，国际教育学院组织来自韩国、越南和俄罗斯等6个国家的28名留学生及中国学生，和汉语教学组老师、辅导员老师共同开展了中秋节文化体验活动。活动紧密结合了我院特色及中国传统文化，内容丰富精彩。

In order to let the international students better feel the joyful atmosphere of the Chinese traditional festival Mid-Autumn Festival, cultivate the sentiment of knowing, befriending and loving China and further understand Chinese culture, on the afternoon of September 12, with the support of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, the International Education College organized 28 international students and Chinese students from 6 countries including South Korea, Vietnam and Russia, and Chinese teachers and counselors to carry out the Mid-Autumn Festival cultural experience activities. The activities closely combined the characteristics of our college and Chinese traditional culture, and the content was rich and exciting.

活动由一首古筝和竹笛合奏的《雨碎江南》拉开序幕，优美的音符一个个轻快的跳出，谱出了古典之韵，充分展现传统文化中民乐的魅力；邢媛媛老师为留学生介绍了中秋的由来，使留学生对我国传统文化产生了浓厚的兴趣；中国学生带来的韩文歌演唱使中外学生拉近了距离，爵士舞和吉他弹唱更是将整场活动推向了高潮。活动中，还穿插各种游戏和文化交流的元素。留学生用中文进行了“有趣”精彩的自我介绍，加深了留学生之间的相互认识；在毛笔字书写环节中，深藏不漏的留学生纷纷踊跃参与其中，写下代表美好祝愿的“福”和“中秋”，代表着“家”的“郑轻”，希望他们在这里都能有宾至如归的感觉；还有英文版的“逢七过”游戏、翻花绳和中国结的制作，都深受大家的喜爱。最后是以一首激情昂扬的朗诵配乐《将进酒》，活动在激动和不舍中拉下帷幕。

The event started with a zither and bamboo flute duet, Rain Shatters Jiangnan. The beautiful notes jumped out one by one, composing a classical rhythm, fully showing the charm of folk music in traditional culture; Teacher Xing Yuanyuan introduced the origin of Mid-Autumn Festival to the international students, which aroused their strong interest in my country's traditional culture; the Korean songs performed by Chinese students brought Chinese and foreign students closer together, and jazz dance and guitar singing pushed the whole event to a climax. Various games and cultural exchange elements were also interspersed in the event. The international students gave interesting and wonderful self-introductions in Chinese, which deepened the mutual understanding among the international students; in the calligraphy writing session, the hidden international students actively participated in it, writing Fu and Mid-Autumn Festival representing good wishes, and Zheng Qing representing home, hoping that they can feel at home here; there are also English versions of the Every Seventh Pass game, the making of flower ropes and Chinese knots, which are all deeply loved by everyone. Finally, the event ended with a passionate recitation of Song of the Wine and ended in excitement and reluctance.

活动结束后，留学生们纷纷表示，跟着中国传统节日学习中国文化，让他们感受并体验到了中国传统文化的无穷魅力，更激发了他们学习汉语和中国文化的浓厚兴趣。同时也增强了留学生的团队精神和集体意识，为新学期留学生的教学管理工作打下坚实的基础。此外，学院无微不至的关怀让他们感受到了家的温暖，有助于他们日后更好地适应并融入在华的学习生活。

After the event, the international students said that learning about Chinese culture during Chinese traditional festivals allowed them to feel and experience the infinite charm of Chinese traditional culture, and also stimulated their strong interest in learning Chinese and Chinese culture. It also enhanced the team spirit and collective consciousness of international students, laying a solid foundation for the teaching and management of international students in the new semester. In addition, the college's meticulous care made them feel the warmth of home, which will help them better adapt to and integrate into their study and life in China in the future.
